Signature adds developmental editing at the front and a supported launch at the back. An editor works on structure and argument before anyone touches sentences. After publication, a marketing coordinator runs a defined campaign of retailer optimization, review outreach and social assets across your launch window.

Signature is for the author who has decided this book matters and wants the production to reflect that.
It starts earlier than the other packages. Before any line editing happens, a developmental editor reads the whole manuscript and reports on what is actually working: structure, pacing, argument, character, where a reader is likely to disengage and why. You get a substantial written report and a call to discuss it. You then revise — with as long as you need — and only then does the manuscript move to copyediting and proofreading.
Production is the full set: paperback, hardcover, eBook, an expanded distribution footprint, and a cover process with unlimited concept exploration inside an agreed design phase rather than a fixed count.
After publication, a marketing coordinator runs a defined 90-day campaign: retailer listing optimization, an advance reader copy programme to solicit honest reviews, a set of designed social assets, and a launch sequence you can run yourself or hand back to us. We will tell you what activity was delivered. We will not tell you it will produce a particular number of sales, because nobody can.
This is the same list that appears in your written scope document. If something is not on it, it is not included — and we will tell you what it would cost to add.

Production timelines are estimates. Actual schedules vary with manuscript length, revision rounds, author response time and third-party retailer processing. We do not guarantee sales, reviews, rankings, media coverage or acquisition by another publisher. Outcomes depend on many factors outside any publisher's control.
Add any of these at the start or part-way through. You pay only the difference.
Multimedia
Professional narration, direction and mastering to full audiobook retail standard — the fastest-growing format in publishing.
Multimedia
A short, well-made video that gives your book something to say on platforms where static images get scrolled past.
Public Relations
Targeted media outreach, press materials and interview preparation — pitching honestly, with no coverage promised.
Marketing
A sustainable content plan and designed assets for the platforms where your readers actually are — not all of them.
Marketing
A consistent visual and verbal identity across everything with your name on it — because readers follow authors, not just books.
That is entirely your decision. The editor reports and recommends; you choose what to act on. Some authors restructure substantially, others make targeted changes. The report is written to be useful either way, and your consultation call is the place to work out which changes are worth the effort.
A defined list of activity: listing optimization, an advance reader copy programme, twelve social assets with a calendar, a drafted press release sent to a targeted list, and coordinator time across the 90 days. You receive a report of what was sent and where. We do not promise reviews, coverage or sales, because those depend on editors, readers and algorithms we do not control.
Yes. If you have a designer you want to work with, we will supply the technical specification and adjust your package price accordingly. We will still check the files meet print requirements before they go to press.
It is realistic rather than optimistic. The largest variable is how long you take over your revisions after the developmental report, which is time well spent. Authors who move quickly finish nearer 24 weeks; those who rewrite substantially take longer, and that is normal.
Tell us about the book and a consultant will call you. If a different package would suit you better, they will say so.
