Biography
Desmond Achebe has spent twenty years inside manufacturing and logistics businesses, mostly in the rooms where difficult calls get made. He writes about decision-making under uncertainty for people who have to do it on a Tuesday morning rather than in a case study.
He published independently because he wanted the book to exist in time for a specific programme he was running, and stayed independent because he liked controlling the revisions.
