Biography
Ruth Kalinowski delivered babies in Milwaukee for thirty-eight years. Her memoir began as notes for her grandchildren and became a book when she realised how much of the city's recent history had passed through her hands.
She narrated her own audiobook, which she describes as the hardest week of the whole project.
